Contains information, ideas and bite-size learning about person centred and community-based working. We’ve used stories and examples of what providers told us works well and is important for people to live good lives.

The good practice stories within this resource were gathered in 2021 and reflect the height of the pandemic. These stories are being updated in 2022. Please email policy@skillsforcare.org.uk if you have a community story to share with us.

We've also produced Person-centred and community based working - a mini-guide (strength based approaches) for just a brief insight.
